Men's Player of the Week
The Philadelphia Big 5 honored Lavoy Allen (Jr., F) of Temple with the Big 5 Men's Player of the Week award. Allen averaged 15.5 points, 17 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block per game as the Owls went 1-1 on the week. He has secured four straight double-doubles, totaling nine on the season. He also grabbed a career-high 19 rebounds against Richmond on Saturday.

Honor Roll
• Darrin Govens (Sr., G) of Saint Joseph's averaged 16.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game as the Hawks went 1-1 on the week. He scored 22 points while shooting 8-for-12 from the field to lead Saint Joseph's to a 78-71 win over St. Bonaventure on Sunday. He also scored a team-high 13 points as the Hawks fell to Richmond earlier in the week.
• Scottie Reynolds (Sr., G) of Villanova recorded his 2,000th career point as the Wildcats defeated Seton Hall 81-71. He followed that up with a 24 point performance in a 103-90 loss to Georgetown on Saturday, leading him to average 20.5 points per game on the week.
• Rodney Green (Sr., G) of La Salle averaged 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists per game on the week. He racked up 22 points and 12 boards as the Explorers fell to Rhode Island 90-83 and then added 10 points in the 68-65 loss to Saint Louis.
• Justin Reilly (Sr., C) of Penn scored eight points in just 11 minutes of action as the Quakers defeated Dartmouth on Friday. He followed that up with a nine point performance in 12 minutes of play against Harvard on Saturday. He shot a combined 8-of-9 from the field as the Quakers went 1-1 on the week.

Women's Player of the Week

Temple's Marli Bennett (Jr., C) was awarded Player of the Week on the women's side. Bennett helped the Owls to a 2-0 week with wins over Saint Joseph's and La Salle. She scored a team-high 11 points and grabbed seven boards in a 58-56 win over Saint Joseph's on Tuesday. On Saturday, she again racked up 11 points and nine rebounds as the Owls defeated La Salle 55-34 in Big 5 action.

Honor Roll
• Amy Donovan (Sr., F) of Penn led the team with nine points and two blocks against Dartmouth on Friday and added on four points in just 14 minutes against Harvard. She shot 6-of-10 from the field on the weekend.
• Natasha Thames (Fr., F) of Temple shot 4-of-6 from the field coming off the bench against Saint Joseph's and nearly finished with a double-double, racking up 10 points and nine rebounds. She also scored a career-high and game-high 11 rebounds against La Salle, while also adding four points in the 55-34 win.
• Mariame Djouara (Sr., G) of Saint Joseph's averaged 11.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as the Hawks went 1-1 on the week. She also shot an average 53 percent from the field (8-of-15) over the two games.
