Dionte Christmas, G, Temple

Dionte Christmas had a huge week as the Owls completed their best stretch of the season, finishing 2-0 against Atlantic 10 opponents. Temple hosted #20 Xavier on Wednesday at the Liacouras Center where Christmas exploded for 23 points, including the 1,000th of his career, on 9-of-12 shooting in 78-59 upset win. He also added six rebounds, five assists and three steals. On Sunday, the Owls traveled to Saint Louis to take on an improving Biliken team. They defeated SLU 54-53 in overtime thanks in large part to Christmas's game-high 20 points. For the season, Dionte leads the team in scoring (20.7 ppg) and rebounding (6.4 rpg), and is second in steals (23) and assists (43).

Lindsay Kimmel, G, Temple

The freshman sharpshooter came up big for the Owls this week in two victories against St. Bonaventure and #13 George Washington. Kimmel led Temple in scoring in both games and showed off her long range shooting, converting 50% of her three-pointers. The Binghamton native scored a career-high 15 points against the Colonials, all 3's, in the Owl's biggest win of the season.
