Penn sophomore guard Tyler Bernardini has been named Big 5 Player of the Week after a strong performance against No. 1 North Carolia. Last year's Big 5 Rookie of the Year, Bernardini scored 26 points, matching a career high (which he set last year against UNC). Bernardini was 9-of-18 from the field, hit 4-of-9 three-pointers, and also snared two rebounds, two assists and two steals in the contest.

The effort also got him honors of Ivy League Player of the Week.
